HIT car rental TERMS&CONDITIONS

DRIVER AGE AND DRIVER LICENCE

The driving licence and age conditions for renting are as follows:

Economic class: valid driver's license for at least 2 years and having reached the age of 22.

Middle class: valid driver's license for at least 3 years and having reached the age of 23.

Upper and luxury class: valid driver's license of at least 5 years and being over 26 years old.

Drivers who do not use a Latin alphabet driver's license( Russia,China,Syria) must present their valid international driver's license and passport ( if they are not Turkish citizens) in addition to their own driver's license at the time of rental.

RENTAL PERIOD

Rental period is at least 1 day (24 hours). Bookings 59 min. delay is optional, delays 1 hour finds 1/3 of the daily rent fee, delay 2 hours found and exceed the full day fee is charged in cases.

MILEAGE LIMIT

The mileage limit varies by rental days.It is mentioned in the table below. Leases of 30 days and over are limited to 4,000 Km. If the mileage limits are exceeded, TL 0.85 + VAT is charged per km crossing the limit.

DEPOSIT

Our rental customers are required to have a credit card arranged in their name at the time of the rental. Although this credit card varies according to the group of the vehicle they are renting, a deposit of at least 500 TL for Economic Group vehicles and 750 TL for middle Group vehicles and 1500 TL for Upper Group vehicles is taken from this credit card.

SECURITY INQUIRY(FINDEKS)

Your financial analysis must be in compliance with the Carfleet criteria in order for you to be able to obtain your car and make a final booking for all groups. *"Your financial analysis, www.findeks.com it can be done via your identity number and GSM number registered in Turkish banks.(Only for Turkish Citizen's) After this information is received, you must confirm the message sent to your GSM number which is registered in the banks of Turkey."

FUEL POLICY

Vehicles are reclaimed at the level of fuel delivered. The difference between the buying fuel level and the delivery fuel level will be requested from the customer by adding a service charge of 30% depending on the fuel prices at the time of delivery.

ONE WAY RENTAL.

In case the vehicle is delivered and returned to another office, TL 0.85+VAT is applied, which is the one way fee prescribed by Hit.

ADDITIONAL DRIVER

In order for a person other than the lessor to use the vehicle, the valid identification and driver's license information must be written to the contract at the start of the rental, the additional driver signature must be included in the contract, and additional daily driver fees must be paid. In case of failure to comply with this rule, the insurance received is deemed invalid and the tenant and the persons using it are liable for all damages.

OVERSEAS POLITICS

Vehicles are not allowed to be taken outside the borders of Turkey.

CANCELLATION REFUND AND MODIFICATION

If you notify us of your cancellation request until 24 hours before your purchase time, the total amount you paid for the rental will be returned to your credit card.

The remaining amount will be returned to your credit card after a one-day charge deduction if you cease to receive the vehicle without notice to us at your scheduled vehicle purchase time and/or notify us of your cancellation request less than 24 hours before your purchase time.

TRAFFIC FINES-HGS/OGS(TOLL FEE)

Traffic fines belong to the renter. In traffic fines paid by Hit, a service fee of 10 TL+ VAT is charged separately. If the vehicle is blocked from traffic, this period is added to the rental period.

The usage fee for the OGs service used for toll highways and bridge crossings and the additional 10 TL/rental service fee are charged separately from the rental fee.

INSURANCE AND ASSURANCE.

The vehicles have a 2% exempt rent a car helmet based on the values determined by TSB and you can adjust your risk according to your own limits in case of damage, accident, etc.by purchasing the insurance packages located at the bottom in case of any damage, accident etc.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

* Under the general conditions of insurance, the lessee is liable for damages if the vehicle, under the influence of alcohol, drugs, is improperly used outside the legal speed limits, is not allowed to use other than the person whose name is written on the lease, accident and alcohol reports are not received and the vehicle and its reports are not delivered to Hit Turkey head office within 24 hours.

* In the event of an accident, do not forget to contact the nearest police or Gendarmerie Centre to obtain an accident and alcohol report without changing the location of your vehicle. Otherwise, the insurance will be deemed invalid and the tenant will pay all damages and 3. he / she will be responsible for the material / spiritual losses to the individuals. Hit reserves the right to change the rental price and conditions and the type of vehicle specified in the booking without notice if deemed necessary.
