HIT Cancellation / Refund Conditions
Your payment will be refunded to your credit card when your application reaches us on the reservation date.
If the reservation is requested to be canceled at a later date;
• In the event that the vehicle you specified during the reservation is less than 24 hours from your delivery date or the relevant organization is not received with the necessary document signatures, the 1-day rental fee will be deducted and the remaining will be refunded, but no refund will be made for 1 day of your total rental period.
• There is more than 24 hours to your car rental delivery date and the date will not be deducted.
• Price differences may occur in your reservation and requests. To sew like this you have to go through the reservation center 0545 600 1515 again.
• No refund is made since there is no cancellation of the insurance insurance fee purchased with the reservation.
